Wave heights typically hover around the 1-meter (3-foot) mark, breaking over a dead coral base that creates clean, open faces and pocketed sections perfect for intermediate surfers looking to refine turns and maneuvers. The wave’s reliability extends across a broad tidal range—low, mid, or high tide all work—while a southeast wind smooths out the surface for optimal conditions.
