March, April, and November fall into a 'fair' category. The trade winds are a bit more active, with ideal wind percentages dropping to between 31% and 37%. Swell heights remain modest, averaging 0.8m, and wave periods hover around 6 seconds, indicative of short-period, locally generated windswell rather than distant groundswell. The occasional afternoon sea breeze or a transient low-pressure system can stir up some ridable conditions, but consistency is low.
