Swell consistency is highest in winter, particularly in January and December, when ground swell probabilities peak above 84% and wave heights average around 2.0m or more. Wind conditions are more variable but tend to be most favorable in October, November, February, and December, when good wind days occur around 39–41% of the time. Spring (April–June) and summer (July–September) see a decline in quality, with ground swells becoming less dominant and wind swells or weaker conditions taking over.
