The ideal wind percentage actually peaks during these months (20-31%), but since the swell direction is often wrong, even clean conditions yield only small, weak waves. Waves in the 0.5-1m range are common (32.1% from WSW and 6.5% from NNW), and there is a notable increase in 1-1.5m waves (2.6% from WSW, 1.1% from NNW).
