The North Atlantic storm track is shifting northward or just awakening, leading to more frequent periods of small, weak swell. Swell direction is strongly weighted toward SW-WSW (21.7%), plus W and WNW, ensuring plenty of waves wrap into the beach. Heights in the optimal sectors frequently hit 1.5-2.5m, producing powerful, hollow waves when conditions align. Wind ideal percentage is 15%, tied for the highest with February.
