Fair Surf Season (November - January & April)

November and December see the tail end of the northern hemisphere storm track, delivering solid SSW and SW swell (1.1-1.4m) with periods around 12-13s, but the wind is a gamble — ideal conditions occur only 4-7% of the time, with frequent onshore W-WSW flow from passing cold fronts.
